How much will I be charged for shipping?
For delivery to Peninsular Malaysia, RM15 flat shipping rate is applied to order below RM150; FREE SHIPPING is applicable to order above RM150. For delivery to Sabah & Sarawak, the delivery fee will be determined by the weight of the package and the delivery destination. For international delivery, the delivery fee will be based on the box dimension, weight and/or destination of the order, therefore the delivery fee may be varied from time to time.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
Delivery takes ONE (1) to FOURTEEN (14) business days once your order is processed. Delivery time depends on what part of the country you are shipping to. Please note that the delivery service does not make deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays. Delays in delivering your order might be incurred due to holidays, extreme bad weather or any type of natural disaster, and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
