Example: If you received the product(s) on 1st May, please return the product(s) by shipping it to our warehouse by 7th May.

• Product(s) can be returned for exchange or refund if there is manufacturing defect only, provided the product(s) is returned in new and original condition with original product packaging and labels.
• Product(s) can be returned for exchange, depending on availability.
• For exchanges to product(s) of equivalent or lower price, no refunds will be given.

  ● Only product(s) purchased in Malaysia can be exchanged or returned.

• Contact / Email your request to our customer service
• Include the return form into the return package once approve by Midpoint Asia.
• Refund will be made via your original mode of payment if the product(s) returned are in accordance with our Return Policy.
